Welcome to Axiomry, an AI-powered platform for brainstorming, organization, and sharing. By accessing or using Axiomry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Axiomry provides tools for AI-driven content creation, project management, and community engagement. All content generated through the platform is tied to your user account.

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Your billing relationship is directly with Paddle.com for payment processing, tax collection, and billing support.

Paid plans may include unlimited AI usage subject to fair use. To protect service quality and availability for all users, we may apply automated safeguards during heavy or abusive usage patterns.

• Rate limiting and request throttling
• Temporary restrictions on high-cost capabilities, for example web search
• Temporary routing to lower-cost model tiers and slower response modes

These safeguards are dynamic and may be lifted automatically as usage patterns normalize.

Project visibility defaults to public. Access to private project visibility controls may depend on your subscription plan.

Our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe: card payments within 120 days of the transaction, and PayPal payments within 179 days of the transaction.
• Processing times vary by payment method: card refunds typically process within 3-5 working days, and PayPal refunds typically process within 48 hours.
• Refunds may be full or partial at our discretion based on service usage and circumstances.
• Subscription cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds of past charges.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or show evidence of service abuse.

All transactions are processed securely through Paddle.com. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Transaction statements will display as "PADDLE.NET*" followed by our business name. Any payment disputes should be directed to Paddle's support team.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes, we are not obligated to do so. Service modifications do not constitute grounds for refunds unless explicitly stated.

When making a purchase, you are entering into a billing relationship with Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing-related support. Any payment disputes should be directed to Paddle's support team.

Any content generated by Axiomry's AI may be stored and analyzed to improve service quality. Publicly shared content is accessible based on your selected settings. By using the AI features, you grant Axiomry the right to store, analyze, and publicly display this content in accordance with the platform's policies.

Axiomry is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.

Axiomry is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content generated by AI. Axiomry disclaims all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Users retain all ownership rights to content they create, but grant Axiomry a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display this content for service improvement purposes.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

Users agree not to use Axiomry for any unlawful activities or to infringe on the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Paddle.com handles all tax calculations and collections as our Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be calculated and added to your purchase based on your location and local tax regulations.
